Prescott, AZ –When BloomTree Realty opened their doors on August 1, 2014, they broke innovative ground for the real estate industry.
Who is BloomTree Realty? They are a locally owned, revolutionary new company that focuses on customer service through a collaborative effort where agents share knowledge, opportunity and success. The broker team has a combined 50+ years of experience in the Quad-Cities area.
Over the past four years, as a member of a national franchise company, they became one of the largest and fastest growing real estate companies in Prescott and the surrounding areas. With 90 plus agents strong, their office has been number one in the country for their previous franchisor and top five in PAAR. This was an incredible accomplishment considering they started with a handful of agents just a few years ago.
Their tools of the trade are impressive: - Exceptional Training, from a “Master Series” business-development instruction program that provides experienced agents high level training beyond the fundamentals to grow their business and a Mentor Training program designed to educate newer agents and boost their career for success - A unique compensation model that rewards agents for collaborating with each other. They offer a more predictable monthly income and they also provide a retirement component - An industry-leading transaction management system that integrates client relationships, lead generation and an agent dashboard which shows the status of their business goals year to date.
With this transformative approach, BloomTree Realty is ideally positioned to carry out their core mission: to provide superior client service, and to attract and train intelligent, motivated agents who share their values.
“Integrity is one of our guiding principles,” says BloomTree Realty principal founder Nick Malouff, well known for his expertise as a brokerage owner and real estate consultant in the Prescott area for three decades. “This means providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that we offer great value and represent each situation truthfully.”
Malouff, along with BloomTree Realty co-founder Raymond Zogob, and Designated Broker, Paul Aslanian, contributors, Stacy Stateham, Leslie Guiley, and Sam Malouff, realized that the industry was headed in a direction that wasn't beneficial to agents or their clients. The real estate climate was ripe for a change.
“A trend has developed that takes away training and business support for agents, who are considered by the industry to be self-employed,” notes Nick Malouff. “Commission splits have increased, but agents’ incomes are still unpredictable. They have to think short term which destroys their business plans, and when they stop producing, they have nothing to show for it.” Malouff and his colleagues are cultivating a new industry model.
BloomTree Realty agents are highly trained by industry professionals and experienced agents that have a vested interest in the success of every agent. Like other companies, they receive commissions on transactions they close, but BloomTree Realty takes that a step further with an industry “first”: Agents who meet specific benchmarks receive a portion of each transaction the company closes. An additional perk: Because BloomTree Realty agents have more predictable income, they’re able to plan better financially and have more time for professional development and their families.
The company doesn’t just train agents but they create professionals. As the BloomTree Realty's name implies, their agents’ professional growth is a primary focus. The company’s comprehensive support network and strong emphasis on education allow agents to achieve at their highest potential and provide the opportunity for them to “bloom” as a vital branch of the company. In return, clients benefit from their agents’ shared knowledge and are guided smoothly through complex transactions. Hence the company tag line, “Expanding What’s Possible” becomes a reality for both agents and clients.
Along with placing high value on collaborative education and training for their agents, another important guiding principle for BloomTree Realty is contributing to the communities they serve—a portion of every commission is donated to local charitable organizations.
The seeds of innovation that BloomTree Realty is sowing at thier corporate headquarters in Prescott, Arizona, will continue to grow—the company plans to branch out nationwide in the future. |
